QUEBEC:
In 2015 QCCQ 4512, the offender, Mr. P, pleaded guilty to taking “up-skirt” photos in a department store. When Mr. P’s phone was seized, police found hundreds of similar upskirt photos. Noting that P was gainfully employed, pleaded guilty, and was seeking treatment, the Court ordered a conditional discharge with 1-year probation.
