SELECTED CASE LAW
In 2013 MBPC 11, Mr. B was charged with various offences, which included break and enter with intent to commit sexual assault, committing voyeurism while filming a sexual assault and uttering threats. Mr. B allegedly attacked three separate women as they were exiting their cars and entering their homes in the early hours of the morning. The DNA left at the scene matched that of Mr. B. Two of the victims said their attacker filmed them with a small camera while he was assaulting them and had similar descriptions regarding what their attacker was wearing. These two cases were heard together, but the other was severed for a separate trial.
