ALBERTA:
In this unreported case[1], Mr. U pleaded guilty to voyeurism for surreptitiously recording his thirteen-year-old step-daughter through a hole in the bathroom wall when she was exiting the shower. His wife later discovered the video on his cellphone. The court sentenced Mr. U to 4-months’ incarceration and 1-year probation.
