Professor Ruparelia wins Award for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

Professor Rakhi Ruparelia was recently awarded the 2016 CALT Award for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning for her article "Guilty Displeasures: White Resistance in the Social Justice Classroom." The paper, which can be read here, is focused on the experience of being a racialized women teaching white students about Critical Race Theory and the complicated emotions experienced by students.
