2013 QCCQ 1950

In 2013 QCCQ 1950, Mr. S was convicted of voyeurism and sexual assault.

Mr. S picked up his girlfriend at a bar where she had been drinking to the point of blacking out. She later discovered a video of her on Mr. S’s camera where he could be seen masturbating while touching her body and penetrating her with his fingers when she was blacked out. He was convicted of voyeurism and sexual assault and sentenced to 8 months’ house arrest and 2 years’ probation. Additional orders included a no contact order, a DNA sample, a 10 year registration on the sex offender registry, and an order not to use the internet through his cell phone for longer than 15 consecutive minutes.
