In Edmonton No. 090658113P1 (ABPC) [1], a 26-year-old man strapped a cell phone to his shoe and took “up-skirt” photos of female customers at a drug store. The court accepted a joint submission on sentencing, and sentenced Mr. C to 12-months’ probation.
