BRITISH COLUMBIA:

2007 BCPC 257

Mr. W had a lengthy criminal history, including multi-ple convictions of identity fraud and a history of harassment against his ex-wife. He pleaded guilty to one count of criminal harassment, one count of identity fraud, and one count of disobeying a court order for contacting Ms. C. He was sentenced to 24 months of imprisonment.
